Since I am back at home I don't cook very often as my grandma does the cooking. Also because if I cook no one eat them because they're millennial food.

I think this is something we consider to be a part of adulting. What used to be your whole life became something so distance to you.

@ Desaru Beach This is not the first time definitely, where I try to lessen my social media usage. At the moment, I am not using my personal Instagram account to upload or update anything. I don't have the app installed and if I can't fight the urge, I log in to the mobile web Instagram browser to view some stories, a page of posts and I'm done (but later on I would go on Pinterest and scroll for relevant contents). Would it be too over the top if I say that, when I upload something on my IG or update a story, I get anxious on who would like and who would view it? I don't like the feeling. At all.  I dislike having the urge of wondering if people care. Thus, probably why I come back to this blog once in a while. Why is it that whenever I write any new entries it's about food?

Halu. Semester 3 has started so I'm back in Kuching! I was lucky enough to catch JinnyBoyTV's JinnyBoy and Reuben Kang at Vivacity Megamall last 2 weeks. They were here to promote their first feature film - By My Side, with the casts of the film. Brandon Ho (Ben), Adam Shamil, Josephine Yap and Arwind Kumar. They are all highly notable YouTubers so it was an exciting time indeed. Most of the people there were teenagers - and then there was me, this fella nearing the quarter age. I wasn't there alone for sure as my coursemates also wanted to meet them eye to eye. But yeah, we were drowned by the screams of the much younger crowd. Reminds me very much of my old days of Kpop fangirling. O h m y g o d! Tonton.my gave out like a bunch of tickets to the 9pm show and also some goodie bag. There were a bunch of activities on the stage to win those goods and I was like - damn kids these days. In a good way lah okay. But again, I feel old. Cri.

YAYYYYYY GOOD RESTAURANT REVIEW AGAINN~~~~ For dinner tonight Fatma (food and karaoke partner in crime) brought me to Black & Jack Kitchen near J5 wuuu. It's my first time here! The restaurant is similar to The Mines Gastropub and Brew73 Degrees Gastropub (bar, good western foods, nice interior, professional looking staffs, same menu design) so I guess I can call it a gastropub?😂 The price range are the same as well.

Yes you read that right. Magnum Red Velvet ice cream on dark chocolate syrup coated waffle with chocolate wafer rolls and whipped cream. YESSSSSSSSSSSSS

Aha second food review in a row.

Yes, finally! The bun-less KFC burger arrived in Malaysia. It was released last week and I brought my mom over to KFC just to eat it.😂 I think it was around RM16 for the whole set? The burger itself, fries and soda drink something something. I'm not really a big fan of KFC fries to be honest but yeah.

😒 I have been facing weird things for the past few days. First, my phone's power button broke so I couldn't use it to lock and unlock my phone. Worst, when my phone runs out of battery I wouldn't be able to turn it on normally. Second, I finally had the chance to use this RM29.00 filter set (UV, CPL, ND4) I bought off Lazada. I excitedly put on the ND4 filter on my E mount Sony lens and took some nice pictures and videos. I wanted to compare how the skies looked like without the filter BUT! the filter was stuck. Even my friends couldn't take it off. ;AAAAA; So I went on Google and they all recommended me to use this rubber band thing but I only have the typical Malaysian orange-coloured rubber band so basically I failed to take it out lah. BUT! I figured it out anyway LOL. I basically screws the other filter I have (UV) on top of the stuck ND4, then carefully take off BOTH of the filters together. That stuck filter. Y U THIN AND SMOL?!!!1

Since my phone is like super old (okay not that old - only 4 years old) I can't seem to upload videos into Instagram in correct format. Like when I upload them, they'd have this weird slow motion sound and jittering sequences like D; So! I had to use my computer to upload videos and sometimes photo as well when I don't have enough internet quota. The software I use for this is Gramblr (available on both PC and Mac)! It is super convenient and you can ensure good quality photos/videos being uploaded into your account.  There are many features in Gramblr that I like. For instance:  1. You can upload both Photos and Videos, for free!~~ You can even see other photos uploaded by other Gramblr users.

Up till today, I still ask myself this. To be very honest, yes, I do have some regrets. Now, this was written only for the purpose of informing to those who are having this thought, on whether they should go forward with the decision or not. And also to tell that quitting school or getting expelled doesn't mean you won't have any future. What I Did Uncommon in our family, I decided to quit school halfway, where I have about 1 year left to graduate out of the total 5 years. Thinking again, it was around this time (February) in 2010. At the time I had anxiety which led me to depression (I’m better now) so I just followed my guts and do what I thought was the best at the time. kitty kitty

(Imported from my Wordpress) Earlier this month I went to watch The Lion and The Jewel theater held by degree TESL students at my university. It was enjoyable but there were no enough seats so I had to sit on the stairs but that’s alright for me. As always, I took pictures. Last year I attended 2 theaters held by previous batch of degree TESL students and it was indoor so this time it was kind of different. I couldn’t comment much on the theater since I couldn’t hear their dialogues well. I can’t understand the story either so yeah. Execution is great though. The actors + extras really did a good job in my opinion. I think I can refer to the performance when we have to do our own theater someday 🙂 Enjoy the pictures! Sidi

Went to SMK Kidurong at about 7:30am That's the only school where private candidates can sit for SPM and also for their ULKCP (if eligible) in my town. ULKCP is ujian lisan khas calon persendirian or oral test for SPM's private candidates. These private candidates can be people who are taking SPM for the first time or took it before but doing it again to get better marks. Okay so I arrived at SMK Kidurong. I was so o_o because I've never been to the school. Some more it looks like apartment? Hahah. Wrote my name at the securi...
